Designed to release blocked energy (physical and emotional) and bring balance to the doshas in the body by using warm, theraputic oils to suit your particular needs. Focusing on the stimulation of the marma points I use massage techniques to release blockages. This massage focusses on the back, shoulder area arms and hands where I can take the time to really work into any areas where there is any tension.
